The beauty industry's ingredients aren't regulated, and that the United States hasn't updated a law concerning the regulation of ingredients since 1938?
We've introduced over 80,000 chemicals into commerce since WW2. There is a 63 billion dollar industry that is basically governed by 1.5 pages of legislation that dates back to 1938 when President Rosevelt passed the Federal Food, Drugs, & Cosmetics Act.
Since then, with the 85,000 new chemicals we've had introduced into commerce, less than 10% have been tested for human safety with no updates in law.
Products we can buy and use on our bodies and in our homes are full of endocrine disrupting hormones, toxins, and carcinogenic cancer causing ingredients.
You guessed it. I'm passionate about the health, wellbeing, longevity and vitality of me and my family and friends. And I believe that toxins are the root of most, if not all health issues. My team is helping change the beauty industry forever.
